Account countries are wrong - how can I change them?

I bought an Xbox One S from Microsoft Spain a few weeks ago. I tried buying a game on the store earlier and I'm being told I have no payment method and I have to add a new card. But when I try to enter my card details, the region is set as Spain and I can't
change it.

So I tried with an old Xbox 360 account I had. Same issue, only this time it shows as me being in America, as I had bought a Zune in Florida when on holiday and I had to register it under a US address, as the Zune was never officially sold in the UK.

I have checked all my account and billing details on the Xbox One and Microsoft website and they are set for the UK, so its nothing I need to change there. I also have a card and Paypal registered for purchases in the UK. Its just that for some reason when
I try to buy anything, it thinks I live somewhere else.

How can I change the required details?

If your tags are set up as I explained earlier you can migrate them back to your own countries.

I have moved to diffrent countries i was hoping if anyone can helped me how can i located or change my account specific region i ahve overlook on my xbox it seem im realy confused???

 

well the thing is you can't use a Spain payment method on a UK account or us accounr

You need to use a Spain account to use a Spain payment methid nor it is suggested you use an out of region account

You can change this on the console

Language settings is independent of the account region fyi

Yes I know I can do that. But I don't need to change it at the console. Its when I try to purchase something from the store on my pc. I get a message on each account saying I have no payment type and when I go to create a payment type, the region on one
is Spain and the other US. I need to be able to purchase in the UK store with either of the accounts.
