    Recently I removed myself from my old Microsoft family group as we have lost access to the original organizer account. I have been trying to log into a Gaijin entertainment account but the browser keeps marking it as blocked. I can’t find any way to change or remove my content filters despite my account not being in a family group.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    If I may ask, what is the exact message prompt that you're getting whenever you're trying to log into our Gaijin entertainment account in that way we can check what are the necessary steps to perform?

    You would need the adult setup account details to change restrictions, I believe!

    You can set your online and privacy settings on
    https://account.xbox.com/settings     where you sign in with your Microsoft Account.

    If however you get a page with text explaining how to add a child account to a parent account, then you currently still have a child account according to the birthdate you entered during account creation. In that case, have a parent with an adult account
    add you to their family at
    https://account.microsoft.com/family     and then have them sign in at
    https://account.xbox.com/settings    .

    There they then select your account, and make the necessary changes for you.
