I'm trying to change my contact email but I just get an error code.

can i know why and when was my brother email L: daiyuepu0386@outlook.com blocked by the administrators of this fórum ?

he never came here but it is funny that when he tried to contact by creating one account he was already blocked not for breaking the rules for sure because you know that is impossible to break rules of a fórum without even registering to enter on the said fórum

Live account email

Have you got this resolved? My sister just got an Android and is having a similar issue. We wrote on the tech support forums and are just waiting for a response. I guess I'll give Live a call tomorrow if I can't figure it out soon. We both use my sister's free account so we are having the same problem. So frustrating.

there is no email to write to about those issues. You'll have to report the user from the console.

sometimes it can be 24hours or 48hours if not contact microsoft support again and tell them you sent them a message back with some questions but you have not gotten a reply

I suggest you try update your console offline. The Xbox Offline System Update (OSU) process allows you to update your console by downloading a file to a USB flash drive and then installing that file directly onto your Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console.

In my experience, this is not a great place to expect support from.

Threads eithe get completely ignored by anyone official or you get told to do a hard reset, which seems to be the universal cure for anything and everything when the One doesn't work as it should, except it doesn't actually fix anything half the time.
