    Hi, this post is most definitely going to be everywhere because im not sure what is going on. So first things first i play off a hotspot which runs and updates my games and parties on Xbox One perfectly fine I do so because of my location and my home wifi
    is not strong enough to handle the load of parties and games and such. So today at 6:40 am CDT i load up my xbox and connect to my hotspot and then proceed to start a system update after starting the update my xbox froze so i then went and did a reset and
    started it up again and then it froze once more after i got the update to go through i went on my marry way to play games. Well somewhere along the lines of today i just stopped being able to load online games and then i found out i could not load any save
    datas for games nor could i launch streaming apps. I thought to myself that i was having connection issues which i rarely have on my hotspot and i have been using perfectly fine for about 6-7 months now. I went and changed my wifi to my home wifi and it started
    to load my datas and load my streaming apps. I can not find any problems and i have been at this for a few hours now. I can not tell if the system update messed up my account or messed up my connection or what. I can try and explain in better details if needed. P.S.
    Im sorry for my length rant i been frausted to the max and can not get any help.

    seems like that error code is one that get's handed around lately so gives these steps a shot:

    Any avatar change will do because the change causes the service to sync your account for your profile.

    1.Go to the Avatar Editor.

    2.Sign in and make any change to your avatar.

    3.Click SAVE.

    4.Try signing in on your Xbox 360 console again.

    Hey..Have you tried to go into settings >Harddrive>Clear System Catche.Power off your 360,then power off your Router for 30sec.Then power your router back on and your 360.Sometimes updates mess with things.But this may clear up your problem.Good luck..
