Hello, I have been a loyal customer since 2002 with the release of the original xbox. I was an xbox live user then under the name of Emonstar. The only break in service that I have had was during a military deployment where my account did not automatically
renew. After my return I changed my username to Napsterr which I have had since.

One of my issues is that my account does not accurately account for the time that I have been with xbox live. Secondly, I feel a bit slighted since the only reward for my time was an avatar clothing item. Other users who are long time supporters like me
received new xbox ones. Like I said before I feel a bit slighted in this regard and do no believe that I can continue renewing my membership and continuing my loyalty to a company that does not take care of their longest time supporters such as myself.

The "Report" feature is not a thing to joke around with. They
will read over the conversation and check it over for anything that violates the Code of Conduct.

You will need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and submit a case review (if eligible).

Xbox Support and the Forums are unable to assist with suspension-related issues, since it is handled exclusively by the Enforcement team (and they do not post here). I also wouldn't know about Enforcement removing records by request... you'd be the first,
as far as I know.

So last night, my friends were on my account and were joking around in a group chat on Xbox. Another one of my friends decided to report their message to the chat as a joke, and no harm was done to either person, but ended up getting me a 24 suspension. I
was just wondering if i could get this suspension removed off my account history?

 

Your tenure will reflect the amount of time you have had a gold membership with that gamertag,not all of your gamertags put together.

I've been on xbox live from the begining but because i started a new gamertag when i got a xbox 360 my tenure will be at 7 this year,not 11.

Not sure where you heard that long time users got a free xbox one,thats not true.

Some select people got a free xbox one due to a number of things,not just how long they had been on xbox live.

 

Thanks for the info. What I had meant is that I have had xbox live gold since 2002 with the release of the original xbox. There was only one short break of about a month during that time while I was deployed which led to my name change. Also many users
received free xbox ones and other items during the release of the new system. Most of these were based on tenure. See here

It was not just down to tenure,it was down to a collection of things.I was one of the lucky people who was given a free Xbox one,4 games & 2 subs.There was only about 100 people who got that bundle,some got a console & a game & most got all the unlocks for

Even though you've had gold since 2002 did you start a new account with the gamertag Napsterr or did you perform a gamertag change?

 

ya I was one of the few that got an free xbox one if you take the article with a a lot of salt for one

based on that criteria millions of consoles or games would've been given out which the number was probably lower like 100

there had to be random selection

cause I got less then 5 years with xbox and I got a free console

 

articles are never official nor was trhere official criteria

the article is assuming what the criteria was based on the email

 

I had to start a new account but during the early days of live it wasn't as easy to work account issues as it is today. Random selection or not, I have been with the company on live since the first launch and you can't tell me that you wouldn't feel slighted
either if all you got was avatar gear.

 

Your tenure would start for that account when you started it.

Like i said,i've been on live since the start as well & don't expect anything in return nor am i entitled to anything.

There were millions of long time live users who didn't get anything.

I would argue that the conversation was over from the beginning. To discuss this matter with me in the accusatory tone that you have taken is hypocritical at best. You sit here claiming to have been on Xbox live just as long as I have and also claim that
you received a free xbox one and games for that brand loyalty, yet you chastise me for saying that I feel slighted. Shame friend.. just shame
