    My account has been hacked, the hacker changed the phone number and email. The account has many purchases and i believe my payment information is still connected. The account is the same one i use for windows aswell.

    Phone support are the only ones who can help with these kinds of issues because they are the ones who will have to verify you are the owner of the accounts.
