    Hello, I am here because I cannot use the other message center because the email listed for my self is not my email nor anyone that I have ever known. I went further into investigation and saw that people had made charges for $100 of Fifa 16 and I do not
    even own the game. So I went to my credit card company and they canceled the transaction for me. So I was wondering if there would be a way that I could change my support email because it's A) Not my email or the email of anyone I know remotely B) It seems
    to be of Asian origins of the email and I looked to see the history of my account and it seems that my account has logged in and had successful account changes and so I just want to be sure I can change this email and get everything sorted out. Also my next
    question is that when the charges charge back will Xbox ban me because it was my account that made the purchases but I didn't get to prosper from any of it. Sorry about the ramble but just little angry that so much money was charged on my account.

    Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

    My question is............

    I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
    I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
    Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
    It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.
    Do you need an email addy ?

    You'll want to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada I'm not 100% sure what will happen with the email, but if they do find that the account was compromised they should be able
    to assist you.

    Hey there!

    Thanks for the support message.

    You will actually need to contact your bank first by going to your bank and you will need to file fraud, because the charges are between you and the comprimiser, not Microsoft. The only thing the agent can assist with is if you have lost control of the
    account. Please go to
    support-origin.xbox.com/.../compromised-account-solution     and follow everything outlined in that support article first before contacting Xbox Support.

    Phone support are the only ones who can help with these kinds of issues because they are the ones who will have to verify you are the owner of the accounts.
