    Account Compromised


    So. long story short, the e-mail adress that was linked to my(old )main account, and the adult one on my xbox was lost a long time ago(seems like someone found the password, and changed it, so i had to get a new e-mail adress, and did that ), but till now
    i didn't have any problems with this, until today, when i wanted to buy a game from the Xbox Store, and i couldn't do that because my(currently) main account is on Teen age, so i had to acces the Adult one, to change the Teen one to Adult , so i won't have
    anything to do with the old account, but i cant remember the password or anything about the account, and when i filled the form to recover it, i did it 2 times and got the same response "not enough information completed", and there is no way i can recover
    the old e-mail adress (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***). Is there anyway i can recover the account , or just change the current one to Adult without accesing the old one ?

    dsanman - As Smwutches mentioned, please contact Phone Support at your earliest convenience to file an Unauthorized Access claim on your account. You can find the number in your region by following the prompts here: support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Phone support are the only ones who can help with these kinds of issues because they are the ones who will have to verify you are the owner of the accounts.

    You should also contact phone support as soon as possible and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket.
