    Dear Support,

    My account has been compromised. Isn't there a way to remove my account from other consoles? I changed my password, But he/she probably saved it, so it doesn't need a password. Please respond As soon as Possible! Thanks!

    Account Compromised

    Go to "My Account' at the top of this page, then you'll see "Remove my profile from all 360 profiles" listed under Safety. That will remove your profile and require that it be redownloaded before being used again.

    You should also contact phone support as soon as possible and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket.

    Phone support are the only ones who can help with these kinds of issues because they are the ones who will have to verify you are the owner of the accounts.
