Account completely STOLEN. Urgent

I need urgent help. My account got completely stolen from me, after my outlook got hacked into and they have complete control of my game accounts, like it has my xbox thing with my minecraft and riot on it. They may also have access to use my paypal through it. I have tried all of the stuff you guys have on ur page, but none of it helped me. I promise you I tried all of it and it was very hard to find even this. I do not want false information shared from my game accounts since i got extorted for stuff. It is very serious. I couldnt recover it on my own, please, I need help. Sentimental stuff is on that account and I have had stuff on that account since i was a small child.

It is very very hard to recover an account like this. I would recommend creating an alt account and going to the Xbox support page here: [https://support.xbox.com/contact-us]

I explained this in the original post: neither my email nor my phone number are associated with the account anymore, so I cannot log into the account, cannot use the recovery tool, and cannot use the account recovery form.

The first idea to find your email is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

You can find your username using this recovery tool: [https://account.live.com/username/recover] by inputting related data.

If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

Once you have found the new address, you can recover the account using the Account Recovery Form: https://account.live.com/acsr]

Make sure to complete it in an area you would usually access your account from. It is important to be consistent with this form, you can complete the form twice a day everyday until your regain access to your account. Repeating this will increase your odds of recovery.
