    My account was closed because supposedly hacks.

    I have not hacks and would like know in which game.

    There is actually no way to completely delete an Xbox account from the servers once it has been created. So it is normal to still see it. The above method of closing the account will only close the Microsoft account itself.

    If you have closed the account - as in deleting it - it's gone and after 60 days after you decided to do that it's gone. Nothing is retrievable.

    You will need to create a new account to play. Unfortunately all your screenshots and videos are gone if you closed the microsoft account.

    If you closed it via this method:
    https://account.live.com/closeaccount.aspx     the account and everything with it is gone and you can not get it back.

    Even if the email does not exist anymore you can still log into the microsoft account with it and if you need the password you can reset it via this page and have the email sent to another email:

    After you recover your account you can switch the emails to one that is active (but not Hotmail, Live or Outlook) via this method:

    Hello,

    If you'd like to delete your account you will need to contact phone support here. They will be able to assist you with that. However, if you are attempting to switch e-mails
    over so it's usable on another account you can just follow the instructions
    here    .

    Hi Andhel,

    I understand you want to close this account, and i'm assuming its because you want to close it at the Microsoft level. This is possible by having support escalate it for you. When you created this gamertag, the email you used to create it also made a billing
    account even if you haven't used it. If you are sure you NEVER want to use this gamertag or that emaill as an xbox account then you should call support at 1 800 4 MY Xbox ( 18004699269) and ask an agent to help you make this happen. I should warn you that
    you will need to know what information you used to create the account when you call.

    So long as you have not spent any of those points Phone Support may give you a redeem token to use on another account.

    It's my account, I want it to be deleted, I do what I want.

    In this case, if it stays on the servers, it can be retrieved.
