Account Closed after being hacked

So my account got hacked around 3 weeks to a month ago. I received an email that security info has changed and when I tried to fix it at the time, it was too late. Anyways, I contacted support like around 4-5 times, nothing that was particularly useful --use the recovery form (never worked)--, until the last conversation which stated that my account was locked to prevent any further harm to it. Is there any possible other way to verify my ownership or regain access? I still have some advertisement emails that I received from Microsoft, before my email and password was changed.

Sorry to hear that, if Microsoft account review team decide to lock the account is not possible to undo this process :c
As they said, is to avoid fraudulent charges or similar misuse of the account

Miss Portia, are you suggesting I have my account closed for a month for the Xbox Fraud Department to research it?? Account Recovery is TOO simple and you NEED to be able to remove credit cards more easily.

Hello, Thanks for posting on Microsoft forum. I would recommend make another ticket on Microsoft support and ask them to review your case As now you can show them your identity and they can check the account is registered to you so they may be able to
hep you get the account back.

Thank you for replying, honestly I have asked them to take my driving licence and passport as a form of ID but they reject this every time for me it feels like they don't want me to get my acco8nt back and want me to re buy everything I'm now in contact
with my bank to recover all funds since 201e with Microsoft as Microsoft are now committing fraud.

I just finished talking to microsoft support due to my account being hacked and microsoft points being purchased. Xboxlive has been been hacked. I had a test withdraw of $10.61 on Thursday, and then $49.99 withdraws twice today. Microsoft cancelled my
account, and I cancelled my cc that was tied to the account. Everyone should watch their accounts very closely now.
