Account Charged But I Didn't Recieve The Game?

Earlier today I purchased Battlefield 4 Premium Edition (the one with all the DLC) and at first there was an error message so I tried again and told me to use a different payment method, but didn't say why. I checked my email and there was an email saying
my payment was denied and another saying it was verified, 24.99 for Battlefield 4 Premium Edition. But I didn't get the game. Help?

Missing Microsoft Points

Thanks I checked that out and it says I downloaded "medal of honor" for 2080 MSP but I never tryed to DL that game... and I didn't recieve the game on my Hard Drive. I contacted support concerning this issue but I'm unsure what they will be able to do for
me... How can I possibly be charged for a game I didn't try to download and didn't recieve on my hard drive : S Thanks again for your help.

Yes same problem here. Purchased a dlc pack for a game and my account was charged, but the content did not download. Hopefully this will be fixed

Hey guys, double check on the Store to make sure there's not an option to Install the game. You can also check My Games & Apps and scroll right until you see Ready to Install.

If the game is not listed there then please give phone support a call to get this straightened out. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and payment updates" > Confirm.

I tried to gift the expansion to a friend on my web browser and got an error as well, except in my case i got charged for it and didn't recieve a code for the dlc. and now im out 40 dollars...

This happened to me today. I recieved two emails telling me that I had purchased points and the Fruit Ninja Kinect - I don't even have a Kinect. I called support to tell them of the unauthorized charges and they basically told me I was screwed. They would
not reverse the charges even though they could tell I had never played the game.

DO NOT give them your cc#. Remove your credit card from your profile to avoid being charged for games you didn't purchase!
