Hi there, what are you being charged fir exactly. I'm going to hazard a guess and say for Xbox Live or Game Pass. If this is indeed the case, you may have recurring billing switched on. To turn off press your guide button and go to settings under Profilr & System. Then move down to Account then over to Subscriptions by pressing right. Press A button on Subscriptions (if you have a passkey you'll need to enter this before continuing,). It'll show you your Active Subscriptions if any of then say on under Recurring Billing presa your A button to move to the next page. Move down and highlight the button Turn Recurring Billing Off and select this. That will trun off your billing or the subscription. If you require to restart your subscription you can do so from the Store on your xbox.
