    My Xbox Live account name has been Flojo001 ever since I got it, somewhere around 2008/2009. This evening, my fiancee knocked down my xbox, and when she turned it back on, it was logged out. Logging in gave me the account name SpokenHarmony60. All of my
    save data is gone, as well as apps and anything like that. When I tried to sign in online, it was also linked to SpokenHarmony60. Trying to change me gamertag back showed the name as being taken, and searching for it shows it as being online with Hulu, the
    last app I was using.

    How is this possible, and is there anything I can do to reclaim my gamertag?

    Could I have done that with my wife's offline account today? Instead of making her Gold? Lol

    Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

    My question is............

    I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
    I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
    Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
    It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.
    Do you need an email addy ?

    If you are over 18 years old you can
    promote your child account to adult    . However, if you are not over 18 there is nothing you can do.

    Also, if you are part of the family gold pack and are over 18 please be aware that all sub accounts on the family pack are considered child accounts while they are part of that package. The only way to get around that for your account is to have it removed
    from the family pack. If you are and choose to be removed, you will retain your gold status and can be re-added after 5 days.

    If you click the link in my previous post it takes you to the number for your country/region. I know you can't use the contact us option due to updating your security proofs.

    The reason they gave it a month to change the security information is for unauthorized access cases. They can't tell when an account has been taken due to an old e-mail possibly being compromised. The only way you'll be able to cancel your subscription is by
    contacting phone support directly.

    If you downloaded your account in the last 30 days it can trigger that message. If you have downloaded the profile onto any console, you must wait 30 days afterwards to change the Microsoft Account.
