    My account that I used to love to play on had perfect rep and no prior suspensions to it or warnin. Then got off my xbox and went to bed woke up in the morning to find my account banned til the end of time (12/30/9999) the only wrong doing that happened
    was me making my avatar purple, a couple weeks prior to the event. A purple avatar doesn't get you suspended for a week or a month nope just insta perma ban of doom, but when I called support to see why I was banned I get on the phone with some lady who apparently
    was angry at someone and was very rude and unprofessiona. She didnt offer any support just said your account is banned good bye. So I left it at that and now I go onto Xbox pages and there is a new thing called Enforcement so I go on it and check it out. It
    seems promising to help me out and get an actual person who knows what they are doing to review my accoun, but I was wrong because this ban happened before Enforcement was a thing. Now sitting here writing this message makes me disappointed that after paying
    so much for games and becasue one mistake can get you zero warnings but just pure ban with little to no hope. So to the Enforcement person that will respond to this hopefully I just hope you won't copy and paste the "Case Review Code of Conduct" because I
    have read it plenty of times in the past 24hours, and it doesn't help that spending 6 hours with customer service only to get my password for my old account is upsetting.

    Account case review?

    Your rep will only show on your console if it falls into "needs work" or "avoid me".

    You can always check your rep & what reports you've received in the past 6 months on the enforcement site
    here

    As for the case review inquiry thing,you will only have a case review on your account if you have filed for one due to enforcement action.

    As rep is nothing to do with support it sounds like someone has just given you some incorrect info as they did not know what else to say,something phone/chat support do often.

    A bit ago my reputation was at avoid me ...I worked and got it to Needs work and have been working since to now my reputation no longer says anything on my xbox .....Curious as I am I was wondering if my reputation is Ok why cant I see it anymore so I asked
    Xbox help.

    They said my account has a case review inquiry .....What does that mean? I have no suspensions or anything have been good to the fact my reputation has gone up so what is the case review inquiry PLEASE HELPPPPP

    Hello

    The Enforcement team has been around since the dawn of Xbox Live, it's not a new thing, they do however not read the forums. You should be able to find out the exact reason to why you're banned via
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/ sign in and then go to

    enforcement.xbox.com/.../ShowEnforcementHistory
    . In most cases, if the ban is not a consoleban and is issues in the past 12 months, you should qualify for a case review
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../howto .

    As for not getting a warning. Upon creating your account you agreed to the
    Terms of Use
    and the
    Code of Conduct
    ,accepting those is basically your first warning already to not break the rules as you agree upon the set terms. Not every suspension is an immediate permaban, you can find the different kind of suspensions
    here . Since you've received a permaban you've most likely received other Enforcement actions in the past as well.

    The thing is that when I go to case review and look there is nothing there only text that reads "Your enforcement history is clear". I do not recall having the option to or suggestion to check the "Enforcement page" when I called Microsoft about my ban.

    yeah whenever you mod an avatar to a color not available as a default color palate that is instant perm ban as you have to mod the account to do that.

    my account has been banned and there is no case review on it to reply back can you please fix this , i got banned for my son replying in a message to some kid on my xbox then now my account is banned till tomarrow please fix now...

    You can't ask for a case review on a 24 hour suspension.

    You are responsible for anything that happens on your account.

    In future it's always best to start your own thread if you have a question or issue you'd like help with.
