Account can't access xbox.com and doesn't work on Xbox 360 after failed account ...

I am logging this request on behalf of my sister who cannot access these forums. She tried to migrate her account to a different region 3 days ago and has had this problem since then.

On the Xbox 360, everytime PertinentSugar0 signs in they get

"The Xbox Live Terms of Use have changed. Please accept these new Terms of Use before playing on Xbox Live."

"Terms of Use Posted: October, 2013; Effective: November, 2013"

If they click on a free download (and when using Download History) they get

"Your credit card info couldn't be retrieved. Buy this item with money in your Microsoft account or try again

later."

If they go to "Account" -> "Manage Payment Options" they get

"Can't perform this action right now. Please try again later."

If they go to "Account" -> "Billing Information" they are asked to sign in then they get

"Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. For help with this problem, go to

www.xbox.com/errorhelp. Status code: 8C010003"

They have tried deleting their profile and re-downloading it.

If they go to Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices using Internet Explorer or Firefox and sign in they get

"Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

If they then click on any link, including this forum, they get

This all started when they tried to change their region from New Zealand to Deutschland so that they could buy some games

on demand from the marketplace because they have a separate achievement lists. There was an error on xbox.com

after they selected the region to move their account to, and it prevented them from completing the process. On the Xbox

360, games on demand prices are still shown in New Zealand dollars, so it looks like the account has not been

properly migrated.

They were able to go to Sign in to your Microsoft account and added a PayPal account to the new region account information. Today they removed the credit card details from the old region, but this
hasn't helped.

Please can you fix this, either by completing the account migration or cancelling the account migration.

Silver gives access to live for free but no multiplayer. Pretty sure it will be all you need to migrate her account to the one

 

Account Glitch/auto renewal problem

nope is the blunt answer they gave me the same advice as godmonkee above and it doesn't work, because I can't access My Account (even though I'm logged in) on xbox.com

 

Hello, I'm sorry that this keeps happening to your sister and it seems like her profile got corrupted during the migration process, however it could take some time until things are settled down, more information about accounts migrations can be found here:

If the problem persists, I suggest that you or your sister should contact support and inform them about the issue, they will be able to look into her account, provide further assistance and possibly correct whatever issues there might be with her account,

Select the right category that best suits your case then either request a phone call for support or chat with an agent. I hope that if the issue have not been solved by now it will be as soon as possible.
