account can't access multiplayer

Hello, do you already performed a console power cycle? if this worked before must work now, try this we recomend you as first step looking for a solution, here are the instructions in the following link:

The account that has the Gold/Live subscription, is the console you are trying to play on it's Home Console? If that changed, then you will need to have that account signed in to use the Live subscription.

To check the setting, sign in with the account with the subscription and then go to:

On the dashboard > Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
Select Settings > All Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox.

So i've done what u asked and now i see that all my games are updates (which i think were already). I've tried running the troubleshooter after the small manipulation you asked and stills says that the cache is corrupted... :c

I won't be able to answer for the next week since i'm going on holidays. Hopefully we can keep going on with this thread when i come back !!

Well apart this pop up screen in game after not finding the game i do not get any messages.

I'm on a Windows 10 Computer

I sadly have no other xbox type game but i surely have some others that perfectly work. Such as: The Division, WoT, LoL, Battlefield 4.

And my PC is wired up to the router.
