    How can i accelerate a case higher than the Advocacy Team. Sixs weeks ago (after the XboxOne Titanfall drop) my account would not connect via my 360 so had a support chat session, in fact I have had many since then with no resolution. The case got raised
    to the Advocacy Team and I have had many e-mails since then, still no resolution, how can I get this higher, or even through a complaints procedure, this support needs sorting out,I am very very frustrated!!

  3. Multiplayer isn't loading

    MP is broken yet again. Supposedly it was hacked, but it's the same symptoms from 6 months or so ago when it was broken. It was fixed for like 2 weeks and now it's down again. If it was hacked, Microsoft and rockstar have no one to blame but themselves
    for letting these cheaters go unchecked for so long.

    Sorry to hear it. If you are trying to play online multiplayer games you will need to have a Gold membership (currently you are showing as Silver). However, if it is another issue then no one here can help with this. You will need to continue working
    with official support to solve your problem.

  5. To be honest, there is no team higher then the advocacy team. The fastest way according to support is to reply to the emails that the advocacy team send you. I have responded myself and got a response within 24-38 hours from the advocacy team member that
    originally sent it.

    To be honest, there is no team higher then the advocacy team. The fastest way according to support is to reply to the emails that the advocacy team send you. I have responded myself and got a response within 24-38 hours from the advocacy team member that

    Awesome, 12ish hours later and it is broken again... repeating 15 minute process, about the 12th time in the past week.

    Revised process is now:

    Delete saves and update 6, redownload update, connected. So it isn't quite as long anymore... as fixes for broken crap goes this is tolerable though still annoying that I, as the consumer, have to fix the crap. -.-

    I spoke to a reresentative and they said it would be 4-6 weeks. They will email the download codes to the address associated with your account. If they are not there within 6 weeks of the purchase date then you should contact support.
