    Hi everyone, My friend wanted to log in to his accout yesterday and saw/noticed that his log in password was wrong while it was the correct one. His entire microsoft account is now jammed he cant get in it for some reason! Does anyone have the same problem
    as he does? Im trying to help him out here so please respond! He basically lost a s*** ton of progress and monney that sucks.

    Guys, I've not bothered to search as I wouldn't even know quite where to start, so apologies if this is common knowledge already.

    My question is............

    I've already signed over my XBL account to the ONE, which works fine, but what I'm wondering is how do I get the kids and misses across from the 360 ?
    I'm the only one with a live account and the 3 other profiles where made on the 360.
    Whilst I was out MTB'ing today the "kids" wanted to play Zoo Tycoon, but since I have to ONE set up for face sign in they had a few problems, to the point where on my arrival home there were about 6 new accounts made in their attempts to sign in *Facepalm :facepalm:
    It's been so long since the other accounts were made on the 360 I can't even remember what processes were required.
    Do you need an email addy ?

    Really don't want to be rude here but you are just as much in the wrong as the other person. What you did was against the ToU and CoC of the xbox live service. Not only could you end up losing your gamertag but you may very well end up having your console
    banned as well.

    No, but we're answering the original posters question. If they violate the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use that they agreed to when they created their account, the Xbox LIVE Enforcement team will likely ultimately discover this and take action.
