Account blocked...support sent me here.

I am being told that my account is "blocked" which is preventing me from updating an XBox Music subscription. I have been asked to post to "the forums" for resolution. Gamer tag is Ticky.

tell me what to do? I was stolen from my account and sent spam, and because of this blocked the console. I deleted the mail and the account can not delete wrote in those support there not what did not say said write here

This is something you should contact Xbox Support about, we cant do anything for you here. Chances are, if your account is blocked they may not be able to unblock it just depends on the situation. good luck.

You see the following error code and message when you try to make a purchase on Xbox Live;

Purchase pending.

Status code: 80153021.

Solution 1 - I'm not trying to purchase anything, I'm trying to change my Music Pass subscription. In trying to figure out why I'm getting the message "This action cannot be performed at this time. Please try again later. For more information, go to
www.xbox.com/support", I was told by xbox.com/support that my account is "blocked" and that I should post to the forum to find out why (which seems odd).

Solution 2 - I have verified my information and I have not been blocked from purchasing items or having my current subscription auto billed so I have my doubts this is about my billing information.

Solution 3 - I have been getting this message for two days.

Solution 4 - I have tried to contact you, xbox support chat, the phone number on support.microsoft.com, and the xbox support number that was provided by xbox support chat and have gotten nowhere.

Suggestions?

 

I have been having a similar problem, its been 3 weeks now and I am still no further forwards in accessing live gold.

 

I have almost the same problem. I have a one year gold membership. Prepaid code tells me my account is locked called microsoft have no billing violations or anything towards my account was on the phone with them for 4 hours. They escalated my claim to the
advocacy team. And they emailed me with a couple of solutions. That still didn't work.
