Account blocked/ hacked???

SO last night (03 August 2021) I switched on my Xbox. It asked for a password. Strange, since it should log in on its own. I put in my password and was told to reset my password due to suspicious activity on the account. The recovery email was no email that I have used (never even created in the 1st place). I tried the "I don't have these" option and put in my alternate email. I was then asked to verify myself. I also noted that there are 2 emails linked to my account that I have never used or created before.

Put in all my details, none have change and get a response saying that I could not be verified. Did this twice.

What happens from here?

If you try to log into the browser does the same happen? Have you also tried filling out the account recovery form?

If I log in on a hacked console - my account in xbox live will be blocked?

XBL has his gt being hacked ON FILE because they dealt with the problem and blocked his account.

Maxim, unfortunately the only way to recover your account is through the recovery form, okay? Neither we here in the community nor at Microsoft can recover it for you. So you need to fill it as many times as it needs to be able to recover it, okay? Keep in mind that usually, it takes 24 hours for an answer on the form.

They do ban consoles and accounts found to be hacking, cheating, and modding.

Mute, report, and block. That's all you need to do.
