okay so i just got off my previous ban because i had sent the usual **** talking messages to people. And a day later, for no reason what so ever, i get another one and now im banned from playing online. ****!?

Account is not allowed to play on Xbox live!!

Hi, is your fried able to play other games online ? It may be that he was suspended from playing that specific game for whatever reason.

If your friends account is under parental controls then the parent account would need to sign in and enable multiplayer gaming on your friends account if that is blocked, also have your friend check the privacy & online safety settings on the account as
your friend may have inadvertently blocked multiplayer gaming.

Sounds like you've been banned or suspended for a separate offence.

You can log into the enforcement site to see any action on your account or to file for a case review

parental controls require the account be online, you can limit screen time or you can block them from playing multiplayer completely using family controls.

Can you post exactly what the message says please? Also did you receive an enforcement notice of any kind?

Hi there,

What does the privacy setting for multiplayer show on your console and not on Xbox.com?

From the Xbox One open up your settings then Account>Privacy and online safety>Xbox Live privacy>View details & customize>Communication & multiplayer.

Does it say it's blocked there too? If it's blocked on the console too, change it too allow and save the changes.

Let us know what it shows on your console.
