Account blocked because of suspicious activities

Hi,

I have another account that i used only to play on the Xbox live. Earlier this week I noticed that i couldn't connect on my profile on the Xbox so I tried to log in on my computer and that's when I got the message taht someone might be trying to steal my
account. I trid to fill the form several times to get it back but I don't know anything about this mail adress and I havn't used it in years so i can't give any information on its recent activities. Furthermore, the email adress where I can choose to send
the code to unlock my account does not exist anymore (wanadoo), neither does the phone number since I changed last year.

So I can't access my Microsoft account, I can't play on my Xbox anymore and I can't even stop the subscription to the Xbox Live. The automatic response system made me go around in circle with no help at all. I even gave the information of the credit card
that payed for the Gold Live subscription and it wasn't enough. I will never have the information required in the form, although this IS my account. What can i do to get it back ?

I had the same problem. Turned out it was a problem with my email account. Hotmail blocked it because of suspicious activity and I had to change my password. Works just fine now. Go to ur email and make sure it hasnt been blocked.

 

Error 8015D003 HELP!

I'm sorry to say if you have a blocked account you would need to go throught the process of unblocking it as there is no way of changing the e-mail address for a blocked live account without the log in details. I'm sure you can apprecate that the reason
it won't let you is because your account gets locked because of suspicious account behaivour or incorrect or incomplete account information and if you can't confirm yourself as the owner with information than the system must assume you are someone trying to
gain wrong full access to the account.

It will guide you through the several steps to try and reset the password etc.

If all options fail the page will show you what information you need before contacting Xbox Support.

Side note: To stop the Xbox Live subscription you can also contact Xbox Support, they can stop it for you.

 

I've allready changed the password and I know my email adress, the problem is that when I try to connect I get the message that I need to prove that it is my account and I can't. The problem does not come from the connection itself but with the forms I have
to fill after that, I don't know how to prove that the account does indeed belong to me since I never use the email adress to send any message.

 

Like shown on that trouble shooting page. If all steps fail the only option left is to contact Xbox Support, if you have some information they will start a case to see if it is enough and try to get your account back.

 

if your signing into account.live.com and when it sends you the code, click I don't use these anymore. Itll ask you to enter in new info which you can verify with a code. Once that's done just clear your cache, restart the xbox and redownload your profile

about half way down the page youre going to see a pic of a cell phone, in the next paragraph theres a purple link that says customer support, click that

itll bring you to a sign in screen, here you will need to sign in with a DIFFEERENT email address so use another Microsoft account or click sign up now to create a new one you can use temporarily and sign in

For the brief description, enter Microsoft account is blocked for email with the issue: enter the email you sign into your gamertag with... for contact email: update that to the best email to reach you at and for the detailed description: enter your error
code youre getting if you see one, enter Microsoft accounts blocked and you don't have access to the email that's on your account and you need to change the sign in email.

They should get back to you within 24 on your next steps to fix the issue, otherwise make sure your security info is updated at account.live.com then clear cache and redownload profile
