    hello nico my name . I was banned today after 10 years as an xbox customer. The reason is because of my profile picture, there was a frog with a gun on my profile picture. is that a troll ? Have I been hacked? Can someone help me ? I don't think I got banned for a frog. It's about the account STGx44, I've never violated any policy before and I haven't this time either. I can show you the picture, it's just a frog with a gun.
