account blocked banned helpppp

Yesterday 15-01-2017 17:55 my son received a message from xboxlive that his account is blocked.

I am his dad and want to know what this is about?

We went to enforcement xbox to check what the message said, and it said that he is in violation with some kind of video he uploaded from the upload studio, this was after he downloaded a new game and had te create a new character on that game, the xbox recorded
the creation of his new character and that is in violation.

Now i want to know when he will be unblocked, cause in the message on enforcement xbox there is no date when he will be unblocked.

This should definitely be reported. Yes, you should take steps to protect yourself, like getting a new IP address and setting up a new user account, but report the activity to Microsoft. It will most likely result in a ban for this member, which he can set up a new account with a new name and IP, but maybe you can block him? If you find out how to block him, then you can just keep blocking every time they send you something. If hes just sending you messages just delete, report and ignore.

 

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

I've never understood why people would expect Microsoft to have people monitoring their official Microsoft forums. That's just kwazy!

Log in to the account on the that's blocked, go to "how do I?" and click "Case review" for instructions.

Enforcement does not have a phone number or a chat support, you'll need to submit a ticket and wait, see the website for more help otherwise.
