Hi, as I'm in Ukraine for work, I wanted to do the polls of microsoft rewards, I had to use, for the first time, a vpn that I did not know and doing the various polls, you also see other countries, you have blocked the account . Since I was not aware that
you could not use a vpn, and being a microsoft member for more than 9 years, I wanted to know if you will unlock the account, or you will leave me stuck for life, since it is also the first time I am ****. it was not my intention to break the rules and kindly
ask if you can unlock the account, and know if I can use the vpn, Italian to do the polls! waiting for your feedback, best regards.

But if you've already made an appeal and the decision was upheld then I'm very sorry but that will be the end of it and there is nothing anyone in here can do.

I understand where you’re coming from however the Xbox Enforcement Team does not use these forums. For information about your account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account
at https://enforcement.xbox.com



Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

• Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
  
• Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
  
• Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
  
• Hacking, Modding or Cheating
  

If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review - You can't file a Case

You would actually need to contact
customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program, not the enforcement team as they would not handle any suspensions on the rewards program.
