Account Billing/Subscription

Paid for a full month subscription of gold March 26th, canceled the automatic renewal for the upcoming month so that it wouldn't automatically renew again at the end of April. I was told that my live Gold would end on April 4th even though I paid for a whole
month on March 26th. Can anyone explain this to me?

How do you feel about Microsoft Points being phased out?

Personally, I like that they are doing this; it will be much easier to get an even figure for the content I buy, and I applaud them for this move. Hopefully the remaining Microsoft points that people have will be converted to local currency, or else that would be a huge waste. I found an FAQ on this, hopefully the information is true.

It sounds like you might be seeing the end date for your current subscription. Once your current subscription ends, your renewed subscription should kick into play.
