He got my info and changed my tail for my account and has access to my email and hacked my ip address Too!

The worst question I've ever asked.

Microsoft doesn't ban an account for it being hacked. They aren't Sony.

 

Xbox Live Security Check

Security is kept on the xbox in case people lose their accounts or are being hacked. It is something good that is on xbox.

 

Please do not name and shame on the forums.

Call xbox support they will handle better than the forums.

As for the ip you should call your Internet provider for a new address.

 

If your account has been compromised then you need to call support for your region

Your IP address can't be 'hacked' but it can be flooded in order to knock you offline

You will need to file a complaint using your console tools on your Xbox. You can also mute, block, as well as submit a bad player review about the user. Reporting the user on the forums will not help at all.

The number for Xbox support in the US is 1-800-4MY-XBOX. You will need to contact them and open up an unauthorized access as Grady has pointed out. Thanks Grady and hopefully they can get it sorted for you Sage.

Since naming and shaming is against the rules here, doing so is more likely to get the person doing the name and shame suspended from here than it is the 'offender' from LIVE.

 

Yeah Microsoft please help me out I was playing a game and a person joined my party. So I asked him to leave politely but, he didnt so I kicked him from my party. After he sent me a message "Thanks for the new account you *** I got your ip" His GT:

My parents got the visa bill and saw a lot of Microsoft purchases on it that I didn't make and never knew about. I feel my account was hacked into!! What can I do to try and get money back !!!!????
