    Account being communication ban over and over all from my account being hacked


    My account was hacked August 30 from someone in Britain and sent foul message to everyone in my friends list. And now my account keeps getting communication ban even after I waited the time I have been dealing with this over 2 months and now u ban me for
    another 2 month this is unacceptable. And I have sent in my case review and still haven't heard anything back! Can you please give me some answers!!!

    The worst question I've ever asked.

    Microsoft doesn't ban an account for it being hacked. They aren't Sony.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. They can only be contacted via the case review process. If you feel your account was compromised you should contact support at support.xbox.com/contact-us to open an unauthorized access case.

    a player named [MOD REMOVED] has threatened to hack me then hacked me over a game in halo. this hack makes the error code 80151011 I did all 6 steps and none worked pls can you fix my account and ban FTS x LiiMiiTz for being a hacker :)

    49555 but this is my 2nd account. the first account had about 67k but it got perm banned due to being hacked and messages being sent

    the only way to start over would be to created a new account but with cod 4 being hacked and modded like it is there will always be a chance of being deranked again

    Being a permanent ban, it won't be lifted in the future. Nothing can be transferred between accounts. So you can start over on a new account, but you will have to start over on everything.
