Account banned

Hi

Quick question , my son gave his pal his email address and password so he could get his account on his computer to play a game with each other , and on doing this there was some nasty messages sent from my sons name to another user which had resulting in
my son being banned for 1 week . But the messages where not sent from him was from his pal whom he game account to .

What i wanted to know is can i find out what console the messages where sent from .? Although was sent from my sons username they were not sent by him or on his own xbox .

Tried contact xbox regarding the situation but they just told me the ban has been upheld , nothing regarding where messages came from.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

You should never divulge your account's data. Through this violation the account used to breach the Code of Conduct is responsible and subject to enforcement acts, it doesn't matter who was using it at the time.

If you have filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld there is nothing more you can do but wait out the suspension.

Meantime I suggest you to read the Code of Conduct to avoid future bans.
