Account banned.

Hello. My name is Pbutter, I've been playing Xbox and using Xbox services for over 5+ years now. I love Xbox. It's one of my favorite hobbies. All the wonderful people I've gotten to talk to over the years on Xbox live services is absolutely extraordinary.
It's like a brand new door into life with communicating with others and getting to know people. Although we all have our ups and downs on Xbox. Dealing with trolls etc, I've found myself replying to their negative actions in a harmful and disrespectful manner
of herassing. Last September (2016) my account, "Im Pbutter" was permanently banned from Xbox live services for feeding the people who wanted negative attention by swearing. I've been suspended from Xbox for being disrespectful to other to others and have
done multiple times through out the duration of late 2015- late 2016. I never knew that my account would have been compromised until further inspection of the Xbox live terms and services agreement that we the users have to agree on. This had happened when
I was working a really lousy job at the time, and having to come home to just relax, unwind and just to have fun playing video games, but then having to deal with the messages from other users was very tedious. I regret not taking action by just reporting
them for communication through the Xbox messages option, but by rather influencing them to report me for being disrespectful. Personally, I'm not a disrespectful person in my own private life. I love and appreciate the people who surround me and who support
my well doings. What I'm really trying to say is that I appreciate the enforcement team for taking actions against users who are disrespectful. I really do respect the way the enforcement team tries to make Xbox live a more fun and better experience for people.
I only wish that there was just a way that I could be oven a second chance to correct my wrong doings. I personally believe that second chances should be given to people. I realize that Xbox and the Xbox enforcement team doesn't appreciate it when users haven't
respected their outline and their stance on being polite to people online, but a part of me and many other Xbox live users would agree that a second chance should be given to people. If there was anyway in which I could go back and change my doings and make
them right a gain, I would. I just wish that someone or somebody from Xbox enforcement team could give me a second chance just so I can show that after being banned that I have changed. Thank you. - Pbutter

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.
