Account Banned

This message is in regardss to my main xbox account that I've been using since the year of 2008. It got perma banned back in September (2016), it said that ive sent some messages. Im going to be completely honest,& I dont remember sending any messages but
i digress. I was told by the xbox support team to send the enforcement team(you guys) a post in regards to
"unban" my account because they didnt see any "reasons" why i was permanently banned. Unfortunately, after that ban, I was "forced" to purchase a PlayStation 4 since i had no reason to make another
XBL account, grind the games(achievements), hours spent in couple games ive had on shelves. Now since this college semester is over and I am on X-mas break, i wanted to play couple Halo 5 games with my old xbox friends.. However, Im banned and I was wondering
if you guys can give me a "second chance" within the xbox community. Haven't touched my Xbox One in months and yet I really want to get back into Halo 5 again.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.
