Account banned

My account has been banned for "selling duplications of an Xbox item" and I've never even said that I could do that, I've had my account for 5 years and I've spent atleast $1500 on the account and yearly subscriptions, all im asking for is a reduced suspension,
I've never had any troubles with Xbox and I really just need an in depth reply on what I need to do, my account is zXxPackerxXz please please please reconsider a permanent ban, I've spent way too much time and effort on my account and games that i will have
no way to get back, I know I "did" something bad but this is the one time I've ever has a suspension and I'm really just asking for one more chance, even if that means paying some sort of fee or even a suspension of a month, I would really appreciate an in
depth reply and explanation, as I've said, I put way too much time effort and money into something that I'm losing, any help at all would be much appreciated

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

 

...and this is why you read the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and Terms of Use. They've always been there and were even there right when you first signed up for the service where you also agreed to their terms. Since you didn't follow them, it's your loss. MS
has no obligation to explain anything to you - that's even stated in the XBL ToU.

Tough luck, buddy. It's harsh, I know, but maybe you shouldn't have been trying to make a profit off of someone else's service. :|

 

I didn't try to profit anything! I was in a party with someone and they said that they could duplicate madden cards, I didn't even want them duplicated someone else in the party was scammed, I was never apart of this, I can give you up to 3 Gamertags of
people who were saying they could duplicate madden cards, I was never apart of this AT ALL.

I had asked for a modification years ago, I sware to God after knowing that I got hacked years ago I wouldn't have done anything like that again. That's what I meant by I did something wrong.

The enforcement team do a thorough investigation before banning someone so you must have done something to get banned.

You will not get the ban overturned.

If you believe someone is breaking the ToC or CoC then report them via your console.

 

Well, I'm sorry to say this, but then you're still guilty simply by association. It's your responsibility to protect yourself and your account - if you find yourself in a situation where you could be associated with someone who is violating the XBL Code
of Conduct or Terms of Use you have only 1 option: report them of their wrong-doing and turn off your console. A good example of this was in Call of Duty, where a precedent was set - if you accidentally joined a friend's match and found out that it was a modded
lobby, if someone reported it, the eventual ban/suspension would affect anyone who joined that lobby, even if they didn't mean to be there or even if they left it. When you turn off your console it has to be a hard reset too; you can't just press the button
- either hold it down or pull the plug.

In all likelihood, you joined the party, learned what was happening and someone else in the party did too. That other person probably reported you along with everyone else.

Again, tough luck... But at least now you know, so you won't make the same mistake twice.

Everyone really needs to know what the do's and don'ts are on Xbox 360 Xbox 1 and Xbox Live. Nearly all of it is common sense stuff. No marketplace theft, no hacking in a game or reverse engineering including consoles. Don't associate with anyone who may
likely get them you and anyone else, in trouble. Your parents should have also taught you this (if your a kid). It's just like if you break a law. They come down serious on you. Your Profile is your responsibility. I actually know a couple of friends who let
their sister brother or other friends use their profile sometimes their parents. Many of my friends no matter their age also said that it's only them who uses their profile (and maybe their parents, their parents have their own account though). And if anyone
says they'll hack someome's profile or yours you should report it Microsoft. It's pretty much only me who uses my profile.

It's also best to have security proofs too on your account. That way if someone from another country or something if they try to log into your account, XBL may request to enter in a code which Microsoft sends to your phone or a backup email which you've
provided. Also stress profanity is a no go.
