Account banned

I am writing this on behalf of my son. His account, supersonic990, was banned early this year and was told he can not renew until 9999. I am appalled and very frustrated at this whole process,just to get here was very taxing and it is not
easily accessible .I spent over 2 hours trying to get an answer from support.Why is this information not documented? Why am I having to write my complaint in? It makes no sense that the community ambassadors have no direct contact when "live" is a paid service.
There is no collaboration between the community ambassadors, Microsoft and Xbox live rewards because my son is still receiving emails regarding his "live" account. The emails he received pertained to his live account and that soon it was up for renewal as
well receiving a birthday card.This is not acceptable!! I don't understand what the issue at hand was, the response my son received only stated that he may have committed certain illegalities. A precise response of what rule he infringed was clearly not stated.
It is ridiculous that a minor child is being treated so harshly....not even the worst criminals are given such sentencing. My son is 13 and I repeat a minor! A
warning should have been given,I could even accept a ban of 2 weeks and an email to a parent (since I am paying for this account). His live account terminates May'14, so I am requesting that Microsoft reimburse me for the months that are being
paid on a now useless account. Other game packs and passes were purchased for his "live" playing and this is now lost,I too wish to have this reimbursed. I understand that recently a 5 year old found out that there is a xbox live security flaw, indicated
was "He discovered that entering the wrong password at the log-in stage would cause a second verification screen to pop up. Filling this by pressing the space bar rather than entering any letters or numbers allowed him to get access to the account."
How am I assured that this is not the case with my son's account? Why is he automatically presumed guilty?

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

The warning you receive is the code of conduct and terms of service you agree to when you create an account.

 

Minor or not, the rules are stated via the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use. When he created the account, he agree'd to these rules as did you since you (should have) made him a child account under a parent account. The ban will not be removed.

You will not be reimbursed for any lost Gold or Currency and all DLC is forfeit.
