Account Banned with clean enforcement history cant submit case review

My account GT: GFSxXHACKSxX is banned with a clean enforcement history which is causing a issue cause I cant submit a case review and I didn't do anything malicious and have LOTS of DLC I would love to get back at the least if not a unban. I've spoke to
about 4 xbox support reps but ofcourse they know close to nothing when it comes to bans and can't help, and enforcement has no contact info AT ALL. PLEASE HELP

P.s. Im sorry if this shouldn't be posted here, I wasn't sure where else to put it.

I was banned for 1 week and i dont know why? My enforcement and activity history says its clean therefore i cant have a case review. please help!!! Thnx

How do I submit a case review on xbox enforcement? I went to my enforcement history and it says I have been banned for 24 hours. There is no link for me to submit a case review.

 

You can't file a case review in two cases: when the ban lasts 24 hrs or in case of a console ban. Read the notification that you have received from the enforcement team all the info you need is there.

 

You also can't file a review if you're on a child accounts, (the parental account would need to file it for you) or if the ban took place longer than 18 months ago.

 

Adult account, but Ban was longer than 18 months ago ... So theres nothing I can do? It's not fair all the expensive DLC I can't use now ..

 

Guess you shouldn't violated TOU then. It's totally fair when that happens, especially when you modify your avatar and get a complete game score reset.

This happened back in 2010, why would you think anything had changed in the Terms of Use to allow you to have the account back?

The ONLY reason that account has a clean Enforcement history is because the ban happened before the current system was put in place. Don't let that get in the way of your misleading title though.

 

Yea since you had a modded avatar they wouldnt have unbanned you anyway. So filing a case review would have been pointless even if you could. They only overturn the ban if it was discovered that you DIDNT do anything wrong. But you clearly DID.

 

So your only choice is to start fresh and if you want back the dlc you had before youll have to pay for it again as all dlc including map packs, games, remaining gold membership,etc is forfeited without refund when you get perma banned

Doesnt matter if YOU didnt do it. SOMEONE who had physical access to your account did it as these mods are done by downloading your account onto a flash drive from an xbox 360 console and transferred to a computer where its modded using a program.

Furthermore it doesnt matter if it was you or not as in the end your responsible for your account including what someone else does with it

 

Unforturnately thats just how it is and how its always been
