Account Banned Please Help!

Yesterday i normally played with my account (Name: xDraaq). One Moment i get signed out and cant signed in again. I signed in on the internet-site of xbox 360 and I see my account gets banned to 31.12.9999 and i dont no why. Please Help me i havent do anything!

German: Gestern habe ich ganz normal mit meinem Account gespielt und wurde plötzlich einfach abgemeldet und konnte mich auf der xbox 360 nicht erneut einloggen. Ich besuchte die Xbox Internetseite, meldete mich an und sah dass mein account bis 31.12.9999
gebannt ist! Bitte Hilfe ich habe nichts Regelnverstoßendes getan!

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

I daresay it's amazing how lifelike people are making spam bots these days.

Just to add to what the ambassador said it's your account and therefore your responsibility hence you're still subject to the ban even if your friend/cousin/cat/Kim Jong Un etc did the modifications.

A member of the Xbox Support team will happily help you with your query regarding your Account Suspension, however I can guess that you were banned for altering the color of your Avatar's skin, going by your GamerPicture

Just off the phone to xbox live they confirm the xbox live network live is down due to high demand (as FIFA 12 demo is launched) they say is should be back up and running soon.
