    Account banned in wrong asking for suspension lifted


    Hello, I have an account that was banned on November 21 2013, the account was banned prior to that for two whole days, and everything on the account was reset to new. After the reset, the account was left unsigned in for months, I as wondering if
    it could be investigated and reviewed about the possibility of the suspension being lifted. I spoke with an agent on chat, but they informed me that the case could not be created due to the file case is more than 12 months old and to add my suspended gamertag:JROCK1611.
    I hope to be hearing back from someone.

    Is this Ever possible?

    Can your xbl account suspension ever be lifted if you prove that the wrong doing that got your account banned show that it wasnt you?

    Suspended for NOTHING !

    Well, "Randy" was dead wrong. 99.9999999 percent of the time suspensions/bans are NOT lifted. And if you got a violation on your bio or motto, then you most likely had something other than what you are stating you had.

    .

    You can post in the account suspension and ban support forum for more information on why you were banned, but dont get your hopes high, because it will not be lifted.

    Support were correct.

    You can't ask for a case review if the ban/suspension happened over 12 months ago.

    Here is the link describing Xbox LIVE suspensions and console bans. If you did something described on the page or people filed a complaint saying you did such action that is why your account was banned. The ban will be lifted whenever the ban should be lifted.

    However, when an account is suspended it will be lifted around the same time that it was enacted. For example, if your account was suspended around 7pm then that will be the time the suspension will be lifted.
