account banned from online play and i cant find my case on the enforcement page

Discus and support account banned from online play and i cant find my case on the enforcement page in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have done nothing wrong if I did at least show me why.I dont even know how long im banned for please help sucks how i cant even apply for a case...     How do i submit a new case

    hi i have spoken to andrea at 12.00 today and she provided me with a link which took me to the enforcement page i cant find anyway on the page to submit a new case and my previous case has already been dealt with and i wanted to know if my ban could be shortened
    as it was not my fault or doing for my account to be banned it was my friends please help?

    Ban features are wrong

    hi i have been given a ban because i have gone against the code of conduct which i now understand but in the ban features on my enforcement case it says i will only be banned on communication with friends and sharing content however when i log on the may
    account i find that those features have applied but i also cant play online multiplayer which has not been stated anyway on the enforcement case is there any thing you can do to fix the ban?

    Hi,

    Can you double check your
    Enforcement History     to make sure there wasn't an extended suspension or a second suspension that would overlap. If that is not the case, are you getting an error message when trying to join the games such as an account suspension notice or anything starting
    with 0x or 80.
    Hi, there is no extended ban. I just get a notification that I am not able to play and the xbox Support cant Assist Me at this. My other Account can play online again since the ban is over.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and they do not use the forums. If it was an account ban, you would have to check the enforcement site for information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review

    If it was a console ban, you can find information about console bans at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/xbox-live-device-bans but there is no way to have them reversed.

    I'm visiting Xbox Enforcement and signing in to see why my account was banned, yet I'm taken to a link that says "Xbox Enforcement | Error!!" "Page no longer available" so I cannot submit a case review. I am banned until Tuesday which is more than 48 hours from now.
