Account banned from all social abilities for no reason

so this morning i woke up, turned my xbox on and saw that i got a message from xbox live saying i didn't follow the social rules and I am suspended to do all social things. Yesterday i gave my friend my account details but I don't Believe he did it because
he is a really good friend. Anyway some other notifications i got were that some one likes my post so i checked it out. I found out that the post was not published by myself. I think my account got hacked and I really need help so please help me, my username

I got banned. Why?

I got banned from both social and ranked game modes, but i dont know why. Please reply and explain to me your reason for banning me for no reason.

Banned for no reason

i am being harassed and being banned on my main account for no absolute reason but thats not all i have proof me being banned for no reason also this account being banned made my whole xbox become banned like all my accounts for no reason i need this to
be removed or resolved because i did not doing anything to deserve this kind of treatment

Keep in mind that giving someone your account information does violate the code of conduct.

If you think your account has been compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

The enforcement team does not use these forums. The only place to contact them is via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com if the ban is eligible. However if you did not pass the questionnaire you will have to wait to try it again. The enforcement
team investigates all reports and no one is banned for no reason.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

You do not get suspended for "no reason".

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

Your rep has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not.
