account banned for week over joke

i was banned for a week after i was joking with friends in a party and then i get banned for a week out of nowhere idk what i did or if this is a glitch but i havent chatted inappropriate. at all sense my last ban so im hoping you guys could fix this

i got banned. for telling a kid off.

i got banned for telling a kid off. he was team killing. i report him on game and on his account yet nothing happens. but then for the language i get banned. what a joke microsoft. fix this ****.. foreals. one week is a joke.

i had been banned for a week over me joking in a chat and saying gey over minecraft i dont know why thats a week ban but plz change it to a day in no way should me saying gey as a joke be a week

My enforcement history says com ban but I was total banned work a week saying perm ban.

Xbox is a joke.

Still can't contact these and I should be given a refund

I highly doubt the OP got console banned for "just a bad joke" over messages. Console bans are extremely serious and hence they either repeatedly violated offences or did something even more nefarious.

As has been said, it is against the ToU to create a new account to circumvent a ban.
