Account banned for the third time.

Hello, recently my family's main account (Created by my dad.) Was banned because my brother decided to do stuff he wasn't supposed to do (No, not modding or hacks or anything like that.) I made this account today in hopes of finding a way to get past this
ban. While it doesn't say how long it is. This is the third ban my brother caused. Which this account has a lot of gamer score and achievements from of the playing that we do on it. I believe it has 14000 gamerscore on it. My brother says that the reasons
he was banned is because he was being mean and rude to people through the chat.

I do not know my dads Email but the account name is "PatentedFish23". I do fear that this is a perma-ban. And I would appreciate it if someone help me out. I can talk to my dad if needed. It is a ban for playing on multiplayer. And this is a Gold account,
too.

Third time they've banned my account for stating the truth about xbox one...

You would need to go the enforcement site
http://enforcement.xbox.com/home to find out details of any ban or suspension on an account & to file for a case review if eligible.

A parent would need to do this if you are on a child account.

I really can't give you an specific reason about why your picture gave you the ban.

In any case, try using a different one

Enforcement themselves have reached out to my email before when I was falsely banned. This seems like another falsely ban.

I already sent a case review and they’ll probably make me wait till my ban almost over to do anything like always.

Doesn’t make any sense.

Most of the Xbox community is literally all anime profile pics and mine wasn’t even anything explicit. Enforcement is either corrupt, ran by AI’s or is just lazy with there job.

They’ve banned me probably about 5x by now for profile pics. 4 of them were anime related.

I really don’t see the problem with my picture they took down. Both recent pictures.

The picture of me flexing shirtless doesn’t show the front of me which I don’t even know if you’re aloud to show the front of yourself even if you’re a male, but it doesn’t matter cause I was only showing my back.
