    Account Banned For Nothing


    Hello, my Xbox Live account was just given a 24 hour suspension and I have no idea why. I went to the website that was recommended and it said that my account was banned for cheating. I cannot remember a single instance of me cheating, especially because
    I just got the Xbox for Christmas. I bought COD WW2 points yesterday so could that trigger it? I would like this ban to be lifted, as I am on winter term break and I only have a few more days to play!

    What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

    that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

    for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

    So, to make a summary

    If you received an email regarding to the ban and it's permanent and nothing on the console, this means the account has been banned

    If you received a message as soon as you connect the console regarding to a ban and nothing in your account/accounts inbox, only the console was banned

    If you received a message on the console as soon you connect it to internet and on account/accounts email inbox regarding to ban, both things are banned

    Account bans will only affect the account that is banned. Unless you did something on your account to violate the terms, you have nothing to worry about.

    Except that isn't true, it isn't even "many". Only banned people are mad and based on how many use their Xbox and Live with NO issues at all, they are a very, very small number of users.

    Go right on ahead thinking that people are being banned for "no reason" OP. You do know that you have ALWAYS loosed (sic) your games when the console is banned?
