    Account banned for no reason


    hello, i have a big problem. My account is banned for 2 weeks and the worst is that I subscribed less than a week ago, of what made my Xbox live month I subscribed I will not enjoy it and I find it disgusting coming from Xbox Live, i want my Xbox live gold
    back.

    If you have a ban it would be listed there on the enforcement site.

    If you are unable to use communications on your console try removing the account, doing a hard reset, then re-adding the account. You can also try this

    Account banned for no reason

    My account has been communication banned but when I go to enforcement.xbox.com and check there is nothing saying I am communication banned. Is there any fix
