account banned for no clear reason and has no way to appeal

hi,

my account is banned for "marketplace theft" (not a valid reason.) The only thing that could contribute to this is that I purchased goat simulator payday on Jan 28 but got charged twice each $4.99 (invoice ID: Z10HXBHSYMZX and Z10GXBPLW4QD). Then I disputed
the later charge with Paypal and got $4.99 refund.

I request to reviewing the case and ask why I am banned. They just upheld the ban and giving me no chance/place to discuss the details.

I contacted xbox live support and they cannot even told me what is the particular reason I got banned. One agent told me it is not my Paypal chargeback that causes the ban. Another agent even told me I have to wait for the ban expires before I know
the reason why I am banned. I am speechless.

My account is UnerringCoder34. I need help here to figure out why I am banned. If it is due to the paypal chargeback, then why was I charged twice for a single game?

Console banned ?

No one is console banned for no reason, period. If you indeed have been console banned there is no avenue for appeal and no one in the forum can assist with any console or account Enforcement. Go to the Enforcement website and log in to see any action taken
against your account. There will be a message on the console when trying to log in to Xbox Live if the console has been banned.

Banned for my one week off and it won't tell me why.

I am banned for the three days I finally have to myself for no reason at all. If there is a reason please tell me because I don't see any possible way for me to be banned. There needs to be a way to appeal this stupid/unfair ban.

If you read your own screen shots it's pretty clear why they were suspended

Can you appeal your Steam ban? No. Steam bans cannot be appealed. If a Steam ban is issued incorrectly it will be automatically removed after investigation, but Steam Support does not manually remove There bans applied to accounts for any reason.

Once an account has been reset there's no way to appeal the reset. They give you a second chance by not completely banning your account the first time.

No point in going to the enforcement site as the op has already stated they had appealed the ban & the decision was upheld.

That means that the account will remain banned & there is no way to appeal it now.

While the acccount ban can be appealed, it is unlikely to succeed if there was a hardware ban. You can check on another Xbox whether the games are still accessible, it depends on the level of account ban.

Hardware bans cannot be reversed

I suggest you file the appeal, as you may receive greater clarification in doing so. Appeals are the only way anyone outside of Xbox, including us can contact the enforcement team.
