Account banned for marketplace theft, help.

I just saw that my live account, with over £2000 worth of digital content was banned for marketplace theft. I am shocked as I don't know what I have done wrong. I phoned support and they didn't know, the only thing they think it could have been was refunds
on my account. 1. Mad Max- I encountered problems with the game and returned next day, the advisor was happy to do this, i deleted the game. 2. Black ops 3 i wanted the deluxe edition, but got the standard at £54.99. I phoned up and bought the £79.99 version
in front of them before getting my £54.99 version refunded. I paid them more money so dont know how this is theft. 3. Couple of days ago my nephew clicked on fallout and i got an email saying i'd purchased, I phoned microsoft and they said since i already
had refunds, they could not help but they told me to go through the bank and even assured me that i would not be in trouble with microsoft. I asked at the bank and realised that it was my responsibility since it was my card open on the account, so i left it
at that, i didnt pursue any further. This all happened within a hectic 2 week period and i aplogise but this is the honest truth. I havent stolen or attempted to steal anything I just want my account back. My account gamertag is mistaviks. I am using my friends
since my whole account is locked out.

sorry you will have to post in the suspension/ban forum nobody else can help you tell you why you were banned for Marketplace Theft, and that type of ban is not a temp one they perm ban accounts for Marketplace Theft.

 

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review. No one here has information about bans.

 

But i already did. I simply stated that I had not taken part in any sort of theft and that I simply want to enjoy my games. I have heard nothing. They don't have any way to contact them only some broken website.

THis is causing me a lot of depression. Life has sucked in the last few years and my gaming was the only thing I had, and now microsoft treat me like this? It's uncalled for. I realise that most people on here are trolls who will probably want me to suffer,
but it is making me ill I havent been able to sleep in 2 days.
