    Account banned for filing a complaint


    I filed several complaints against 4 gamertags for cheating. Teleporting,jumping crossmap,auto aim, new account,etc. I was threatended verbally and through messaging that they would get me banned. Informing me they were getting their friends to file complaints
    as well. I attempted to sign.on and was shocked to see my account banned for 2weeks. For literally folling the code of conduct. So i filed a case review and they upheld an unfair decision. Enforcement my butt...seems like there's no stopping hackers on here.
    Microsoft won't defend your safety. Their security is a joke. My cc was used through xbox awhile back and it took 6 weeks to get my money back. Ive been a microsoft suppoter for over 10 yrs. i will never purchase another gaming system,or product from microsoft
    again

    how do i file a complaint about this individual for falsely filing profanity complaints? i cannot get into the file complaint section, because im BANNED.

    in theory you should as if the homeless man files a complaint with ms they can have all codes banned if they were stolen (I doubt this is the case) and the accounts that use them also banned

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with enforcement actions here though. I did want to mention that the PET do investigate all claims prior to applying an action against an account. As for your suspension it may not be for what you
    think it is. Because they get thousands of complaints a day it can take some time to get to them all. Your suspension could have been for something you did months ago. Please be sure to check the reason at the enforcement site. http://enforcement.xbox.com/
