    Account Banned False Reason


    Hi.

    My other xbox live account was suspended for using unauthorized software, hardware, or other illicit means to disrupt other players' experiences.

    I believe that Xbox is referring to lag switches or other game-breaking software.

    I have never used or will ever use game-breaking software and this is what I was banned for???

    I think that I have been reported by too many people resulting in a ban.

    I have done nothing wrong!!!

    So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

    Microsoft banned me for no reason

    They will have banned you for a good reason, that reason my be false (IE a load of people have put false reports against you) but they cant know that can they.

    No matter how many people report you does not get you banned. Enforcement investigates pretty thoroughly before they issue bans or suspensions. You will need to inquire here

    I was just given another 24hr ban wave for no reason for the same message I was banned for 2 days ago because my girlfriend went off on me thru my main account i should be allowed a case review for this false ban wave that I just received for no reason at

    How would I get help on this site? Where is it stating why I got banned? Cause this account isn’t the one I was banned on, I’ve already received emails and the only reason I was banned was due to “violating the terms and services” which is false.
