Account Banned- Can't file a case review, ban not really justified

So around Mid august I got another communications ban which I hold myself accountable for an understand. However, the net day I got a CHEATING ban, and I haven't done anything under what is defined by xbox to be considered cheating, nothing even close to
that what so ever. I think this I could have gotten this is because you know how when you report someone you can report them multiple times for various reasons, I think I may have just upsetter a few people who abused that feature and I got the ban. My problem
though is that I'm not even able to file a case review because the option isn't even there for me when I went under my enforcement history and it's not even telling me how long the ban is. Only by contacting xbox have I figured out that the ban is going on
till November 25th.Can someone tell me why I can't file a case review and maybe how I can contact an enfocrment agent about this because I dont think its justified.

Have comms ban after not being online for 3 days?

Due to Hurricane Harvey I have been offline for 3 days and before my wifi shut down everything was fine but today when I logged on I had a comms ban? I can not file a Case review because I have a child account and I can only file the review from the account
that was banned. Not really sure how to proceed.

 

my xbox one was banned and i wasnt abel to submite a case review i never broke any rules please help

You can't file a case review for a banned device.

 

The only way to contact the Xbox Enforcement team is through a case review, if you're eligible for one.

If no case review option is available, then there is unfortunately nothing else that can be done for you.

Nobody on the forums nor Xbox Support has access to your Enforcement records, and the Enforcement team does not post here.
