Account banned by a robot case closed without evidence

My account has been permanently banned for offering cheats because i made a joke post that literally said this is a joke dont take seriously i put in the case review and it was upheld by an automated response am i gonna lose my account over [mod removed]
because the enforcement team is practically non existent i am heartbroken if anyone is here from the enforcement team please reply with a possible contact

The case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. They do not use the forums. If they upheld their review, then there is nothing else that can be done.

Are their actions legal? Can an account be banned without providing any evidence? Can they arbitrarily ban any player's account, even if the player has invested a lot of money and time, without any reason?

The enforcement team does not hand out punishments without evidence of the infraction. Somehow, somebody must have been using your account and broke the rules. Usually if you are not given the option for a case review, it means it is a 24 hour suspension,
and not a ban.

There are no false bans. They investigate before banning, and don't ban without evidence.
